TELECUE · TELEPROMPTER
A teleprompter for video calls
only you can see.
TeleCue scrolls your script in Cuekoo's private overlay, right by your camera and hidden from screen share. Keep your notes beside it, and read your own Markdown files, offline, with no account.
$8 once, on up to 3 computers. Included in Pro and Max.
Works offline. No account needed.
FOR PRESENTING AND RECORDING
Read your script
without looking away.
Presenting on a call, recording a video or pitching to a client, the hard part is saying it well while looking at the camera. Put TeleCue right under your webcam and read as it scrolls. Your eyes stay close to the lens, your hands stay free, and the script stays out of your screen share.
It works as a teleprompter for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and beside anything else you present with, because it doesn't connect to any of them. It's a window on your screen that Windows leaves out of standard screen capture.
Pitches and demos
Keep the story and the numbers in front of you while you share the product, not your notes.
Webinars and talks
Read your talk track beside your slides. The slides are all the audience sees.
Recorded videos
Talk straight to the camera without learning every line by heart, then edit the script for the next take.
READS AT YOUR PACE
A teleprompter you control
from any app.
Play, pause, speed
From 20 to 240 words per minute. Ctrl+Shift+U plays or pauses from any app, so you never click away from your meeting.
A reading line
Read at the line near the top of the script, and see about how many minutes are left.
Text size and Back to top
Make the text larger when you sit farther back, jump to the start, or fix a line with Edit script.
It keeps your place
Switch to the Assistant and back: the script waits where you left it, and leaving TeleCue pauses it.
MANUAL NOTES
A notes overlay
beside the script.
TeleCue has a notes panel next to the teleprompter. Write during the call with headings, bulleted, numbered and check lists, quotes, code and links, from the toolbar or with Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I and Ctrl+K. Make, rename and delete notes, scripts and folders right there, with no dialog over your call.
Notes are plain Markdown, so they read the same in any editor afterwards. Manual notes are free: only the teleprompter needs a TeleCue licence.
Your files stay on your computer
Scripts and notes are Markdown files in Documents\Cuekoo\Scripts and Documents\Cuekoo\Notes, or folders you choose.
Cuekoo saves as you type, and never overwrites a file that changed on disk without asking you.
Nothing in them leaves your computer: no upload, no sync, and no AI reads them.
After a one-time licence activation, TeleCue works offline and without an account.
FROM SCRIPT TO Q&A
Read the pitch.
Then take the questions.
TeleCue and the Assistant are two tabs in the same overlay. Read your pitch in TeleCue, then switch to the Assistant when the questions start: it follows the call, notices questions and suggests answers from your documents.
A question that comes in while you're reading only puts a dot on the Assistant tab, so nothing pulls you away mid-sentence. Start a session with a script and it opens straight on TeleCue.
How the overlay stays hidden, and its limitsStart in four steps
- Install Cuekoo. No account is needed for TeleCue: choose Use TeleCue without an account.
- Activate TeleCue. Buy it once and paste the key in Settings → TeleCue licence, or sign in if your plan includes it (Pro and Max). Notes work without it.
- Add your script. Write it in Scripts, or save a Markdown file into the Scripts folder.
- Start TeleCue. Place the overlay under your camera, set the speed and press Play.
BUY IT ONCE
One payment.
No subscription.
$8 once
Buy TeleCue once and keep it, on up to 3 computers. Move it to another computer by removing one in Settings. It's also included in Pro and Max.
Go to pricingCan people see the teleprompter when I share my screen?
Not in a standard screen share. TeleCue runs in Cuekoo's overlay, which is hidden from screen share on Windows 10 version 2004 and later, so people see your slides or your camera, not your script. Cuekoo shows "Hidden from screen share" once Windows confirms it, and a warning if it can't.
A camera pointed at your screen, or a capture tool that doesn't use Windows' standard capture, can still see it. Check with a test share before a call that matters.
Does TeleCue work with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams?
Yes. TeleCue doesn't connect to your meeting at all: it's a window on your screen, so it works beside any video call, recording or presentation. Put it near your camera so your eyes stay close to the lens.
Do I need an account or internet for TeleCue?
Not with a licence you buy: after a one-time activation, TeleCue works offline and signed out. Your notes and scripts are Markdown files in folders on your computer, and nothing in them leaves it or reaches an AI.
With Pro and Max, TeleCue comes with your account instead: it works on a computer while you're signed in there, and needs to reach Cuekoo at least once every 30 days.
How much does TeleCue cost?
TeleCue is a one-time purchase of $8, on up to 3 computers, with no subscription. It's also included in Pro and Max.
Only the teleprompter needs a licence. Manual notes, and the rest of the overlay, are free.
How do I control the teleprompter during a call?
Press Play, or Ctrl+Shift+U from any app, to start or pause the script without leaving your meeting. Set the speed from 20 to 240 words per minute, change the text size, and read at the reading line; Cuekoo shows about how many minutes are left.
Can I use my own scripts?
Yes. Scripts are Markdown files in Documents\Cuekoo\Scripts by default, and you can choose another folder. Write them in Cuekoo or in any text editor; Cuekoo saves as you type.
