A meeting summary helps after the call. It cannot help you find a forgotten detail or shape an answer while someone is waiting for your response.

Run Cuekoo beside Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or another call app. Use an agent with your own instructions and documents, review detected questions in Assist, or request an answer yourself.

  • No meeting bot to invite

    Cuekoo transcribes system audio and your microphone as separate channels. It runs on your desktop without joining the participant list.

    Ask in chat, answer a detected question, or enable Auto on a supported plan. Suggestions appear in the overlay beside your call.

Cuekoo's AI features need an account and internet access. It works from the audio and context you provide, so missed transcription or missing documents can affect suggestions. Review AI answers and generated notes.

While transcription is on, audio streams to a speech-to-text provider. Tell the people on the call that you are using transcription and AI assistance, and obtain any required consent.

The overlay is hidden from supported screen capture. A camera or non-standard capture can still see it; do a test share with your setup.

How is a real-time meeting copilot different from an AI note taker?

A note taker focuses on capturing and summarizing a meeting. Cuekoo also offers suggested responses during the call, using its live transcript, your instructions and attached documents. Saved notes remain an optional feature on eligible plans.

Does Cuekoo work with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams?

Cuekoo listens to audio played by your computer, so it can work beside those apps without joining the meeting as a bot. Transcription and AI answers run in the desktop app, not in the website's simulated demo.

Can Cuekoo help without saving my meeting?

Yes. Turn Save to Meetings off when you start the session. You can still use live transcription and assistance within your plan's allowances. Audio streams to a speech-to-text provider while transcription is enabled, even when the meeting is not saved.

Can it suggest answers without manual prompting?

Assist is the default: it shows a detected question with Compose and Answer so you decide what happens next. Auto requests a suggested answer when a question is detected.

Auto answers are included in Free, Overlay, Pro and Max.

Which platforms does Cuekoo support?

Cuekoo is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) and macOS. Check the Download page for current installers and requirements. AI assistance needs an account and internet; the website demo is a simulation.

Where can I check pricing and availability?

The Free plan gives you 25 minutes of transcription and 50 AI answers to try Cuekoo, once per account and once per computer, with no card needed.
