Cuekoo does not automatically sync a CRM, score deals or validate product commitments. Uploaded documents do not refresh themselves. Keep them current and check commercial details before sharing them.

While transcription is on, audio streams to a speech-to-text provider. Tell the people on the call that you are using transcription and AI assistance, and obtain any required consent.

The overlay is hidden from supported screen capture. A camera or non-standard capture can still see it; do a test share with your setup.

What can Cuekoo do during a sales discovery call?

It can transcribe the call, detect questions and suggest responses using the conversation and your agent's instructions. With attached company documents, it can retrieve relevant product details. You decide what to say and which follow-up questions to ask.

Can it retrieve company knowledge while I talk to a client?

Yes, when you attach a knowledge base to the agent selected for that session. Add approved product documents ahead of the call. Cuekoo can use relevant material and show source references; it does not search all of your company's systems automatically.

Does Cuekoo update my CRM after a call?

No automatic CRM integration is provided. Saved meeting notes can help you prepare a follow-up, but you copy the relevant details into your own sales tools.

Can it suggest answers without manual prompting?

Assist is the default: it shows a detected question with Compose and Answer so you decide what happens next. Auto requests a suggested answer when a question is detected.

Auto answers are included in Free, Overlay, Pro and Max.

Which platforms does Cuekoo support?

Cuekoo is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) and macOS. Check the Download page for current installers and requirements. AI assistance needs an account and internet; the website demo is a simulation.
